Cleanup option:

Cleanup includes the following:

• Delete Temporary Files & Cookies
• Delete Invalid Registry Entries
• Clean Spyware *
• Clean Viruses *
• Perform Windows Updates
• Test and Defrag Hard Drive

System Restore:

System Restore Includes the following:

• confirmation of backup with customer

• confirmation that all (if any) customer software is with system for reinstall

• confirmation that computer to have restore done has the OS (operating system) cdrom or OS key with it

• after complete OS restore is done:

         free software to clean unwanted files (windows and registry)    *

         free antivirus and spyware detection software                           *

• Then I will check for updates for your restored operating system ( If still supported by Microsoft )
