There is a nasty scare-ware item going around. It seems to attack your internet explorer and keepm it from going to any web site.
What we have found is that if you can get another browser like firefox (mozilla) it should work better for you since there is no known fix for internet explorer yet that we are aware of. You can get firefox (alternate web browser) at mozilla.com from another working computer and then transfer that file to your computer and install it and then use it to browse the internet.

If this is what you are getting on the the screen you need to get a alternative browser ASAP before your browser stops working.
Just close this screen or anything like it with the "X" at the top left and DO NOT RESUME.
